Tom joins THE dentist Salisbury team havign graduated from King’s College London with Honours. Since graduating he has been committed to pursuing further postgraduate training. This has included a periodontal certificate course, travelling to Seattle to learn about occlusion at the Kois Centre and a Master’s in dental implants. Tom is currently undertaking specialist training in Restorative Dentistry, which involves further postgraduate training in periodontology, endodontics and prosthodontics.
Tom is currently a NIHR-funded academic clinical fellow with an interest in researching dental implant biomaterials and genetics. He has presented his research at a number of national and international conferences which has included research on biomarkers of periodontal disease. Tom has won a number of awards for his clinical and research activities.
Tom enjoys working with patients to achieve their oral health goals. He is passionate about treating periodontal disease and patient’s general restorative needs.
Outside of dentistry Tom enjoys playing tennis, cycling and running, having recently completed his first Manchester Marathon!
